Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each of our items is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there's been a mistake with your order. If anything isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll make it right with care and urgency. 💛

How do I enter my personalization details?

Each product has a “Enter Your Last Name” box — just fill it in, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Will I get to preview my design before it ships?

Currently we don’t offer previews — and here’s why: we have a vast library of english family names, and chances are, yours is already in it. Once you enter your name, we pull the artwork and start crafting your keepsake — no waiting, no stress. Just a timeless piece handcrafted keepsake made with pride, straight to your door.

What if you don't have my last name?

If we do not have your family's crest, we will contact you to offer you a refund or you can opt to extend your order so we can do the appropriate research. Either way, it's very rare that we don't have the Heraldry of a family name

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Currently we offer standard shipping on all items and in some selected items you'll see the option at checkout for expedited shipping. Keep in mind that the shipping refers to moment an item is finalized and is shipped to the carrier – it does not include = production time.
